Your details, kept simple

What we collect

We only collect what you type into our two forms:

• Booking form: the package, date and time you pick, plus your name, phone number, email address and the home or business address to be cleaned.
• Opening-soon sign-up: your name and email address, your phone number if you add it, the kind of cleaning you're interested in, and any note you write.

We also record the date and time each form was sent.

Why we collect it

• To book your cleaning, confirm it with you, and find your home or business on the day.
• To contact you when we open and send the early-bird offer you signed up for.
• To answer questions you send us.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who sees it

• Elaine and the Fairy Fresh team, to schedule and look after your cleaning.
• Honcho Digital, the company that built and looks after this website, can reach the records only to keep the site and its server working.
• Hetzner Online GmbH, the hosting company whose server stores the records.

Emails sent to hello@fairyfreshtx.com are forwarded to the Fairy Fresh team's email inbox.

Other services this site uses

The page's fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address. We don't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Booking and sign-up records stay on our server until they are deleted. Nothing is deleted automatically yet, so if you'd like yours removed, just ask.

Asking for a copy or deletion

Call or text (281) 515-7382, or email hello@fairyfreshtx.com. Tell us the name and phone number or email you used, and we'll send you what we have or delete it.

Changes

If this page changes, we'll update the date at the top.
